Dried flowers on the day of delivery !!!!

I purchased extremely over priced flowers from Netflorist which was delieved to someone very dear to me . I immediately found out from the reciever that the flowers were dried and petals falling off already !! I decided to contact the customer care mail address which was pretty useless as they don’t resolve the issue but rather send u a generic email response . Totally frustrated and angry at Netflorist ,will definitely be buying flowers from the online woolworths store next time around !!!
