Double Trouble

9h00 the 26/06 I ordered 24 red roses for my wife from Netflorist. The amount to be paid was R615. On their website they have few payment options one being eft, I did.the payment.and mailed through the proof of payment...I then receive a mail saying because the amount is ober R500 the funds must be cleared first, this while their website clearly states that amounts over R1000 must be cleared first. I understand the risk but then update your site with correct instructions. Well I then had to settle for next day delivery. I in rhe meanwhile went to another supplier I followed the same eft process mailed my proof and within 2 hours flowers was delivered.

On the 27th I received another mail from Netflorist saying delivery will only be the 28th now 2 days past my order and payment. I then tried to cancell the order called the call centre I was placed on hold for 11minutes and they dropped the call. I then send 2 e mails and message via messanger. Nobody came back to me untill.the morning of the 28th responding to my message.

The message stated that the flowers will be delivered the morning and they will close the call. I rep**** that it is not cceptable.as I tried.cancelling the order the previous day already. In the mean time my wife received the 24 roses. I get message back that they will not deliver and will refund my money. I rep**** already delivered leave as is i dont have the patience to deal with this. They agreed, but no apology no nothing. The next moment i get a call from my wife that they just came back to collect her flowers again.. how embarrassing for.her working in a full office block. I informed netflorist with a far harsher tone, Netflorist rep**** O No that should never happened bla bla bla. I asked them just refund me . Hopefully this will happen soon. I wanted same day delivery followed their instructions, they never apologized or took ownership of their poor service left me paying double for flowers and.topping it of by embarrassing my wife. Poor very poor
