DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Disgusting customer service. I ordered three of the exact same personalised photo books and scheduled all to be delivered on Tuesday. One was delivered on Tuesday and I had to follow up with them to find out where the other two were, only for them to get back to me saying they weren't sure if the images were supposed to be the same. I expressed that they should have contacted me to find out before Tuesday came round, they said they would deliver the rest the next day. At 20:56 on Wednesday evening, I received the second book. I AGAIN had to follow up with them regarding the third book, they said they had a system error and lost the images, I told them again that all the books were exactly the same and to use the same images. I received the third book on SATURDAY with most of the images cut off and off centre. I can't express to you enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The headache they've caused me this week is ridiculous, these were gifts for family who were visiting for the week and it took three drivers to deliver three little books on three separate days. What a stupid system!
