Don't waste you money or time

6 days after placing the order, we are still waiting for delivery, every time I phone they tell me it's going to be delivered today! When I phone to tell them we are still waiting for the delivery & they then give me another excuse as to why it has not been delivered, the latest one is that the item was damaged as it was personalised twice, they don't have the decency to call you back & I cannot seem to get a refund!

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NETFLORIST AGAIN!
