Don’t Use This Service for Valentine’s Day

Order Number: *** was due for delivery today, 14 February 2026, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

There is no clarity in the delivery process. When you call the contact centre, they simply repeat what is already on the app — no real assistance.

What shocked me most was that the supervisor, Rita Mo***eng, was asking me what she must type in her email to the logistics department. That is completely unprofessional. I also dealt with Nare Seboko and received no proper support.

I would not recommend using this service for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion.
