Don't use Netflorist, they will mess up your orders and not even care

I had the most dreadful experience over the 2020 festive season ordering my Christmas gifts with Netflorist. I spent just under R7000 with them and I shall never spend another penny more in my life in their direction. There service is diabolical and they do not know what they are doing. I ordered the three for four gourmet Christmas Crates and onle received three, so I never to this day got my free gift. False advertising. I ordered a personalized gourmet Christmas tin to go to Cape Town and it was supposed to have the name Stephen Dahl on the tin. Instead it said Merry Christmas. I also ordered a personalized gourmet biltong tin with the words Marlu and JC to appear on the tin. Instead I received thr tin saying Happy Christmas Marlu and. Nothing has been rectified, nobody gives a damn, no apologies, no refunds nothing. They do not have a clue what they are doing! They are just useless and should be called Netashamed. I certainly will never use or recommend them to anyone. I am now going to warn all my Facebook friends about them. Michelle Murphy
