Don’t use NetFlorist if you want specific date delivery.

Don’t use NetFlorist if it is a special occasion and you want the flowers to arrive on that special day. Ordered flowers for my mom birthday and she only got it the day after. ☹️☹️☹️ I phoned at 16:00 on her birthday after I found out from her she did not receive anything. Lady informed me they tried phoning my mom the whole day for delivery, which was a lie because my mom had her phone with her the whole day. No calls from Netflorist. Today I receive an email with an apology that the florist dis not have stock so flowers are only being delivered today. Very disappointing because its not her birthday anymore. So yes I would suggest using a more reliable service.
