Dont use Netflorist for any special occasion

Worst surprise ever. Occassions mean nothing to these people. Not the first time. Not only was the gift not yet *order date 3 feb for 14 feb* delivered, you get put on hold for half an hour and even worse my surprise was busted as a msg was sent to the recipient to confirm the delivery adress informing him they have a parcel to deliver to him. I am so upset and will never use them again ever. Last time I got my flowers 7 o,clock in the evening. You cannot give back my surprise you busted. so dont come offer me a stupid free gift. I am livid!
