DONT USE NETFLORIST!

My partner bought me flowers (roses) it was supposed to come with lotion. (It was a surprise) the courier that delivered said to me they were out of lotion and would bring it on a different day i was very confused but signed for the order nonetheless. My partner later confirms if i received everything he sent via netflorist I tell him yes i received the flowers to his dismay there was no lotion. He then followed up with netflorist whom they took no accountability said no i signed for the flowers and lotion claiming i received the full order prior to calling me to rather confirm that just refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. I received a call from an Agent from Netflorist to ask me if received the lotion, which i begin to tell her the courier said they didnt have it hence he just brought me the flowers which also didnt look so great they look dead. They have not called to follow up with a solution instead my partner is the one who has to follow up and ask what is going on 4 days later they still have not followed up instead we have to be the ones yet again to ask what is the solution. So annoyed!!!!
