Don't use NetFlorist

My Order number is: *** Ordered 24 roses on the 9th February for delivery on the 14th February. Only 12 roses got delivered. I paid for 24 but did not receive these. I was then told that they would only be able to redeliver on the 16th February which means not on the day. I then asked for my refund and was told I would get R300 back. The bill was R869.90 and I will only get R300 for the incorrect order delivered and I must pretend its okay is not right.

My concern is that my last experience with Netflorist was not great either.
