Don't use Netflorist....

My first time using Netflorist and so disappointing....BAD service all round, from Call Centre agents to the 3rd party delivery service - RAM.

Got a delivery notification that it was done, but no delivery at the address provided.

Please don't use them, stay far away.

Struggling to get refund now.
