Don’t trust these clowns!

. Ordered flowers and a gift for my wife for our 15th wedding anniversary. They only arrived to deliver a day late & then Delivered someone else’s order. I called them immediately to let them know the wrong order was delivered but instead of helping they wanted me to provide them with all my personal info, pics of the wrong items, contact info, order info Etc etc etc. if they had just called their driver he could have been back here with the correct order in 15 minutes!

1 days later, 5 emails, over an hour on the phone and several twitter messages & they arrive to deliver the replacement order.... but they’d only brought the flowers not any of the extra items ordered!

At this point I ask for a refund & they tell me they can only refund if they send another driver back to COLLECT THE FLOWERS!

Unbelievable. If I could give Zero stars I would!
