Don't trust Netflorist to deliver on special days/occasions

I'm in JHB and placed an order( ********** 00) for delivery on Valentines Day for my special lady in Durban. Netflorist accepted my order but did not deliver it to her. I tried calling Netflorist 4 times from 3pm to find out whats going on but guess what, the "number is unobtainable." Very convenient on what I imagine to be a busy day...I'm sure I'm not the only one that experienced non-delivery today. To Netflorist, if you can't handle the influx of orders, please communicate with your customers or stop taking orders that is beyond your capacity. You do more damage than good in the long run. I for one will never use your company again and advise others not to take a chance and ruin a special day/occasion. Ok, as I'm typing this, I receive an email stating the gift is delivered. Firstly, the recipient is no longer at her workplace(which is closed) to receive it so did you just hand the gift to just about anybody without asking for an ID? Again people, don't trust Netflorist as you will end up embarrassed!
