Don’t trust Net florist with your money

I have ordered twice now and both times have been completely disappointing. The first time I ordered I was looking for a gift for my brothers fiance. I found glasses that say they can be personalised, I was so excited. I personalise these Glasses and they come with the word Brides**** written on the back of each class. Now normally I would understand but these glasses have Mr and Mrs Cooper written on them. Logically somebody should’ve question that with me and not just gone ahead with the project. I phoned the day I receive them and they said nothing could be done about it. I said to them that they should update the description and check with people if something seems off, like a Mr of a brides**** glass. I didn’t get so much as an I’m sorry just that it was my fault and there is nothing that can be done. The second time I ordered I ordered two of the exact same glass, Keep in mind I have now spent over R1000 with Net florist. The dates that came on the glasses were wrong and I triple checked them The glasses were also two completely different sizes. I can say that I have completely wasted R1000 trusting in net florist And I will never use them again, I will also tell everybody I know never to use Net Florist. Not only are they not willing to help they are not willing to admit their mistakes either and we are all human everybody makes mistakes. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
