Save yourself the frustration and find another gift delivery service. I ordered a birthday cake for same day delivery. Suffice to say that after a lot of back and forth, the cake with birthday balloon and card was not delivered on the requested day. Customer service is rigid, unfriendly, unhelpful and unapologetic. No attempt is made to keep the customer happy. Shocking service
