Dont support Netflorist

Ordered Mother's day gift from Netflorist. They failed to deliver on the contractual date. How is it helpful when I phone, they say they are delivering next week. This is a breach of contract. Very poor and unprofessional service, did not call me and say they will not be delivering my gifts for my mum on the 10th May 2020. The call centre kept "dropping" the call as soon as they realise the order was not delivered. Thereafter I spent an hour on hold when I called and had eventually hand up. I had incur further cost to place a new order with another company for immediate delivery. Dont support Netflorist, unless you want unprofessional and no service and they even take your money.
