Don’t stick to timeframes

Specifically chose Netflorist as I needed a same day delivery. Based on my location and gift I had assurance that this would happen. Did not deliver to my work address, parcel was rerouted to home address, still did not arrive. Parcel has now arrived the following day. Not what I wanted
