Don't spoil your special occasion by trusting Netflorist!

What a disappointment. Ordered orchids for my mom's 86th birthday. Netflorist delivered a small bunch of mixed flowers (more filler than flowers) that started wilting within 12 hours. Whilst Netflorist has assured me they will correct the error today, I have not had as much as even a Sorry from them. In short, if you want reliability in making a day/gesture special, stay away from Netflorist! There aftercare was as pathetic as their actual service.
