Don't promise what you can't deliver!

I'm really disappointed with your customer service! When placing an order for a sympathy gift I was offered a free bottle of wine if I delayed the delivery date by 1 day, which I duly did. The sympathy hamper was deliver but without the complimentary bottle of wine! When I phoned to follow up I was left on hold for 10 minutes...grrrr! Then I was told that there was a problem with the free wine offer so I had to accept a voucher for free delivery on my next order. This doesn't solve the fact that my friend won't be getting her bottle of wine! And it requires me to order again to benefit! Not good enough! A discount/refund on the current order would have been a better solution if you can't provide the wine.
