Don't order via Netflorist if you want a Valentines gift to be delivered the day after Valentines Day!

On 11 February I purchased my gift and specified delivery date 14 February (***). I was informed that the gift would be delivered on this day and that it would be delivered before 5pm. I will never order a valentines gift via Netflorist again. On 15 February I received an email saying that the gift had been delivered which it had not. The gift was then delivered late the following day and not with the items I had ordered.
