Don’t order from netflorist

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift 4 days ago. It did not arrive and I wasn’t even told that it wouldn’t arrive. They had no problem taking my money but can’t place a delivery. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customer care told me my order didn’t arrive because they only have one bakery and can’t make enough cakes but I didn’t even order a cake! Will never order from them again
