Disrespectful and rude consultants.

They call and make negotiations with the gift you ordered for with the recipient, negotiating for something cheaper (Cheap skates).

...in my case, I ordered flowers and a heart shaped Fererro rocher for my woman and they sent dying flowers and no chocolates, Then they had the ordessity to call the recipient who didn't know about the surprise and tried to substitute for Lindt after I have specifically stated that I ordered Fererro Roche because they are her favourite and ever since I delt with the consultant-Wandile my order remains incomplete telling me about Valentines stock over an order delivered for the 02nd of Feb 2024.

I always heard complaints from people who ordered gifts for patients at Nercare Milpark but I overlooked that and guess what...

I am the one who is now complaining and communication with them is falling on deaf ears.

A sheer case of poor service and they are still not delivered to date! Today being the 12th of Feb 2024
