Don't even bother!

What appalling service! Don't even bother placing your order ahead of time, because they still don't deliver in time. I placed an order 2 days ago and specifically mentioned it needed to be delivered by 4pm. By 13h00, it was not even collected for delivery yet, but the call agent, Angela, has the audacity to tell me to ensure I have the correct number of the recipient on my order, so that the driver can reach him/her.

I get a call an hour later, from Netflorist, to ask me what time the recipient is leaving work as they have only just collected the order for delivery.

I am sorry, that is unacceptable service to say the least. To top it all off, I don't even think Netflorist cares.
