Don't do it!

I ordered on the 4th of October in the morning for my order to be delivered for my partner and I's Anniversary. I then called them only to find out that the gift was put into the wrong van. I mean the whole purpose of the gift was ruined! They couldn't even apologise or try to fix the situation. I am not happy.
