Dont deliver what they promise on online sales

I ordered online flowers from a picture that promised a 20 Mixed GIANT Ethiopian Rose Bouquet, for a special friends birthday to the value of R789.95. THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY!!! She's used to only the best and is also a director of a company. So I wanted to make sure she received something of excellent value. But NetFlorist did not deliver to my friend what they promise online. This morning 10:15 I phone them again as nobody respond to my calls or emails. The lady online cuts me off twice and the third time I phoned she puts me on hold and never came back to me. <br> <br> I am not happy with this order at all. It looks horrible!!! It looks like a special from the dustbin.<br> <br> I want my money back and will never make use of NetFlorist service again as you dont deliver your promise.
