Don't consider Netflorist for Valentine's day delivery you WILL he disappointed

I placed an order for Valentine's day over the weekend struggled for more than half an hour as the site was acting out eventually after they took my money from my bank account I saw the order was not as I wanted it. I tried to make contact with them online after numerous failed attempts I have sent and email it's Monday morning with no response. But it gets better ... After getting hold of them, first the agent told me Eish Ma'am we will have to cancel the order and wait for the credit ...Fine do that then ! Then she comes back No Ma'am your order is already out I will have to charge you an additional fee. Then they spam you with emails for free delivery DON'T fall for that because all of a sudden I'm in an "outlying area" it you enter the ""free coupon""" you in an outlying area so they charge you extra anyway. My order is apparently out 7 days before the actual delivery but you can't even respond to customer queries. Never in my whole life would I order from them again!!!
