Don't bother with this useless company

I would give Netflorist 0/5 if I could. They delivered roses which cost a fortune and then wilted after four days. After complaining to their customer service department they said their (lack of) quality team will look into it but then never took the matter further. On further complaint they offered me a R100 discount on my next order. There will be no next order.
