Dont ask us for special instructions if you cant follow them !!!

<p>I placed an order on 29th Aug to be delivered before 12pm on 1st Sept. Its now 2:46 pm and my order has not been delivered. The call centre agents are unable to assist and given information as to what time the delivery will take place. The service is pathetic, I have not experienced this type of service from Netflorist before. The manager of the department (Caslyn) is never available neither does s/he return calls. Will definately think twice before using this service again!!!!</p>
