Don’t advertise you do nation wide if you cant

I have never dealt with call agents that does not even have the curtsy to phone you back. This last week I spend more time on the phone that doing my work. I ordered a mothers-day gift on the 10th of May paid for next day delivery (Rustenburg). Mother-day has come and gone and she only received her gift today the 19th of May.
