Don't accept an order if you can't honour it

<p>I order a while ago 2 gowns that was delived to my Grandparents home no problem, This morning was my Grandmother's birthday so I sent her flowers and got a call saying they don't deliver to this address. How is it possible that one was delivered and now I am being told that they don't deliver TO THE SAME ADDRESS?</p> <p>Flowers order ********** 15</p> <p>Gowns ********** 99</p> <p> </p> <p>Your service always sucks and it doesn't help sending you an email to your customer care department cause YOU NEVER HEAR back from them.</p>
