Does not deliver when promised!

I ordered a gift for my friend over a month ago, for delivery on his birthday which is today. I have been waiting the whole day and when I called your call center, they tell me that it will only be delivered tomorrow, because the company that they use, RAM Couriers, only does next day deliveries - in that case, you should have seen to it that the parcel arrived earlier! You have taken a special day and absolutely ruined it! And the worst is that you don't even care about it!
