Does Netflorist only have one driver?

Netflorist is the worst. Will never use it again. Waiting for a delivery, someone calls me from Netflorist to ask me if my area is in Soweto, because the order left with a driving to the south. I am in the Eastrand. Their traking system gives incorrect details. It shows that they have been waiting for a driver since yesterday 12th October 2022. Waiting for the order.
