Do yourself a favour, protect your peace and never order from Netflorist!

Very disappointed, its my nephews birthday and I sent him a delivery to get delivered to him in Cape Town. Its almost 7pm and the parcel is no where to be seen. I know delays happen but the least you can do is inform and make sure you have a working tracking system.

The day I ever order again from you, kill me!!!

R839.00 wasted on a company with no care to even update or apologize for delays. Business hours are 8-5 and if you will not be delivering at least manage those expectations.
