Do not use under any circumstances

I have dealt with netflorist twice now and the whole experience has been stressful and a disgrace . My first order arrived with half missing and had a terrible time getting them to rectify it. The second time what they sent bore no resemblance to what I had ordered so I returned it and was given a credit. I am now trying to use the credit which was for R1350 but their website is not allowing me to do so. I’ve tried their online chat and email but have had no reply . I think what they do is rely on people only using them for gifts so they can send any ******* as people aren’t going to complain and don’t know what they were supposed to receive anyhow
