Do not use this **** service provider. you are better off going to a woolworths and getting fresh flowers with some nice extras for way cheaper and less hassle

Clearly Netflorist bites off more than it can chew. It acts as though it has capacity to be a countrywide gift supplier.

They have an apparent customer care centre but you never get any response to emails and on calls you have to wait on average 15 minutes to talk to someone who will then put blame to the driver's department.

I ordered a package, consisting of roses, chocolates and a teddy bear, for valentines. The roses were very dull and the teddy bear was not delivered. Obviously the chocolates were the only decent thing. I inquired about the teddy bera and have never received feedback.
