DO NOT USE NETFLORIST - their service is terrible

Terrible service from Netflorist 2 years in a row. My son sent his mother flowers and chocolates in Feb 2019 to arrive on the 12th Feb. They arrived 2 days late with the flowers dead and the chocolates melted. According to the Indian lady delivering the gift they had been in her car for 2 days straight. This year he tried again, placing the order for the day before. Netflorist called to say the driver was ready to deliver at approximately 10:00am. I told the dispatcher that there was nobody at the house. She then told me not to worry, as the gift would be recalled and delivered in the afternoon. I called later at 4:30pm to say the gift had STILL not been delivered. The dispatcher could not find the order but assured us that if they said it would be delivered, they would do so as they have a 7am till 7pm delivery service. 7:00pm came and went with no delivery upsetting both my wife and my son who fully expected his gift to be delivered on the correct day. They eventually arrived a day later, having missed my wife's birthday and ruined the surprise and treat. I would strongly recommend anyone wishing to have flowers or gifts delivered NOT to use Netflorist. Their service is atrocious.
