DO NOT USE NETFLORIST!!!! Stupid florist EVER!

i called them @ 08:00 am to purchase flowers for my lovely wife (a surprise though) just to find out that @ flippen 15:45 pm the flowers have still not being delivered, after calling the call centre and speaking to DUDU and a other lady. <br> <br> All of you guys out there please learn from my experience. <br> <br> Bad service ?????
