Do not use Netflorist south africa it will ruin your day

I highly recommend that no one uses netflorist South africa. I ordered a valintines day gift in advance.

I called on the day of delivery to check if all was in order. I called 5 times and was promised that my gift will be delivered by 8pm.

At 3pm I was informed that my gift was not even personalized. No agent contacted me or informed me. I was than told that they will arrange an alternate gift but no driver could deliver it! Terrible service. No calls were recorded on my profile. Very unprofessional behavior. Two agents even cut my calls.
