Do not use netflorist - ******* business

I write this email extremely disappointed! I have ordered: Radiant Red Rose Bouquet With Heart Balloon (***) , for my fiance for Valentines day , and she only recieved the roses with a card! What happened to the balloon? 1st of all this is not cheap, especially in this economic climate, when trying to do something nice for your partner! They didn't even advise me there was no stock or that anything changed or replaced it with anything. 12 red roses on its own are alot cheaper than with this balloon.

and mind you this makes 1 look very cheap js buying 12 roses on Valentines day. Unacceptable!!

By the looks of it they do not even care to respond to their clients
