DO NOT USE NETFLORIST FOR ANY SPECIAL OCCASION!!!

My mother lives 2000km from me. So how do I spoil her for mother's day? Send her a custom gift with NetFlorist of course. DON'T DO IT!!! After receiving emails yesterday that they will deliver between 7:00am and 12:00 at 19:30 when I checked they still didn't deliver. This morning I received an email that she wasn't at work when they tried to deliver...... AT 19:30!!!!!

This is ridiculous. And no you can't make up for it. You ruined mothers day! Delivering it today is just like an after thought and leave a bad taste in your mouth!!!
