Do not use Netflorist

A warning to never use Netflorist. I placed an order. for mothersday in advance. I only ordered one item, flowers. Simple right? Netflorist did not deliver. When I followed up 2 days later (they did not contact me) they rep**** in an email that they cant deliver flowers and that I am welcome to choose from the other gifts. Why not communicate on the day of the order or even beter, why do they keep the option open to deliver flowers if they are unable to do so?

This is the second and last time it happened to me. They are just not capable of running a business!
