DO NOT USE NETFLORIST

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I made an order on 11 Feb 24 to be delivered on Valentines day - throughout Valentines day I received no communication at all about my order. I called on two separate occasions, having to wait over 5 mins for someone to answer the damn phone, to be told my order is on its way. The order NEVER arrived! No communication, nothing. I called the next day, to be told the order will be delivered on the 15th - as I type this review the order has NOT arrived.

I am appalled by the service and lies of this company. I do not recommend this company, unless you have a plan B in place.
