DO NOT TRUST NETFLORIST TO DELIVER ON THE DAY THEY PROMISE

It was my daughters birthday yesterday, her friend organised flowers to be delivered on her birthday far in advance. I told my friend they did had not arrived by 6pm. Netflorist **** and said they had been signed for. They arrived the morning after, a day late, I was there to receive them, the delivery guy complained about their heavy delivery toll, I was stunned, upset for my daughter and angry. What is the use of flowers a day late that are meant for a birthday?
