DO NOT RELY ON NETFLORIST FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION

Worst service. I placed an order for my friend's birthday and requested delivery on her birthday. She did not receive her gift on her birthday, but only the next day after they made a new order number the next day. I was told that the driver tried phoning her on the day it was supposed to be delivered, which was an absolute lie as i have a screenshot of her calls that day (time which they said they phoned) furthermore once se received her gift in all excitement the card had a black line in the front and the back of the card, so unprofessional. I have photos of this as well. I will never use this service ever in my life again. I rather use Checkers 60/60 and order flowers from them as I know that it will arrive within an hour and in time for a special occasion.
