<p>Hi ordered a name necklace online and to my disappointment the item that cost R1700 plus that was delivered to me in 9K gold was paper thin. The name plate will warp extremely easily. I asked for a refund but they refuse. They also refuse to improve the quality but they are happy to keep the funds paid. Please do not waste your money ordering from them. </p>
