DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is an absolute joke. They PRIDE themselves in same delivery! What an absolute Joke! They are so quick to take payment and then dont care whether your items are delivered or not. I placed an order for my sister in laws birthday, then advised them that she works for a bank so the working hours differ. I gave them ample warning of this, I was advised a supervisor would return my call! Again an absolute joke because apparently the supervisors DO NOT EXIST. I then had to call back myself at 4.45, after the online tracker advised that order had been out for delivery since 12:30, only to be told by the call centre agent that it was only deployed at 4:20pm, with my sister in laws work closing at 3??????? I was then put through to Wentel a so called supervisor, he advised that my sister in law had be contacted and that he ensured her order would be delivered to home address. I then queried what would happen if it wasnt. His response was " I will ensure that it is delivered and if not I will process a refund and you are welcome to shame me on social media. SURPRISE SURPRISE no delivery was made! this company is an absolute joke!!! I called in this morning and no supervisors seem to exist! If you order from this company you are literally throwing your money away!
