DO NOT ORDER FROM NETFLORIST!

NO STARS ! DO NOT ORDER FROM NETFLORIST! Terrible service they promise delivery on a specific day which I scheduled, not delivery due to production error which none of their staff is aware and blame me for not being delivered on the day I selected! I asked several times for the team leader to call me and until now I haven't received a call back. This is not my first time experiencing pathetic service from Netflorist. Also a gesture they only dedicated R90 what is that !
