Do not order anything from Netflorist

I ordered flowers on the 1st Feb 2025 for them to the delivered on the 11th Feb 2025 just before Valentines day as Netflorist does not do deliveries from the 12th Feb 2025 till the 17th Feb 2025. On the 11th Feb 2025 my ordered was not delivered and no message or communication from Netflorist. I then received an email on the 12th Feb 2025 apologizing for the inconvenience and that my order will now only be delivered on the 17th Feb 2025. No reason as to why the 11Feb 2025 delivery was not made just some generic email. On the 17Feb2025. At 16:00 I called Netflorist to enquire about the order and was advised it's on its way and was now told the delivery did not happen because they tried calling me and I did not answer.

Long story short if you have any important event you would like a gift or flowers to be delivered do not even consider using Netflorist as they will definitely disappoint you and ruin your plans and lie to you about why they could not deliver.
