Do not do business with NETFLORIST - they fail to deliver!

I received a promotional email from Netflorist offering flowers with a special "balloon", for R149. I opted for it and paid an additional R69 for delivery, bringing the total to R219. They delivered only the flowers, ruining the occasion. What was supposed to be flowers with a special addition, ended up being just a bunch of flowers. They ruined a special moment. I therefore requested a refund via email to their contact centre/customer care. They refuse point blank to refund my money, and do not care at all that I informed them that I will lodge a complaint on hellopeter. *********** and zero customer care - stay away. I will most definitely make use of the other online flower stores in SA in future.
