Do NOT buy jewelry from Netflorist.

I bought a silver Infinity necklace on the Netflorist website for my wife's 40th birthday. I did not open it until the morning I gave it to her. I mean what could go wrong? There should not be anything wrong with it, should there? Wrong. It is not made for grown ups. It looks like my wife is wearing a collar, not a necklace. I contacted them this morning to return it and get my money back so I can rather buy her something else, but now they want to deduct a 50% handling fee off the price plus delivery???? They are absolutely nuts. Netflorist has lost one more customer for life.
